CAREER BUILDER

Women Building Futures offers five-day Career Builder Sessions to prepare Indigenous women for entry into our programs. Sessions include math instruction, application completion, assessments, and self-discovery workshops. Available only in specific locations.

CAREER BASICS

This one-day training workshop prepares Indigenous women to apply for a WBF program. Available in First Nations, Métis Settlements and at WBF.

ACADEMIC READINESS

This is a five week course designed for students who are interested in becoming indentured in the trade of their choice. This course will increase student understanding and skill set in math and science to prepare for and challenge the AIT Level 5 Entrance Exam. 

TOOLS FOR TRAINING

A two-day, skills training workshop designed to offer extra support when preparing to become a full-time student at WBF. This workshop arms applicants with the best practices for success as adult learners. Available in First Nations, Métis Settlements and at WBF.
