Indigenous Community Relations Manager
Create and build on Indigenous community relationships by assessing readiness, willingness and ability of communities; as a ‘connector’, identify and translate the needs into specific scalable, customized programs and employment opportunities in collaboration with Recruitment, Programs and Industry Relations. This Manager acts as a champion for Indigenous engagement internally and externally providing leadership through Indigenous community outreach, partnerships, and mentoring.
Information Technology Lead
The Information and Technology Lead coordinates the development, implementation, application and maintenance of technology and information. Applying a broad view, the Lead develops and implements improved office and departmental support and solutions this includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all corporate servers, storage, associated software, and communication links.
Industry & Employment Advisor
To ensure that WBF achieves its annual employment outcomes by securing meaningful work experience and employment opportunities for graduates/alumni. Other key responsibilities include bringing industry into the classroom, working to prepare students for the realities of a career in the construction/maintenance sectors. Work with the growing Employer Services team to communicate WBF’s reputation in providing high calibre talent to industry.
The Project Lead is responsible for the successful project execution of employer sponsored programs. The Project Lead will work closely with the Industry Relations Manager, internal and external stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SME) to develop, prioritize and execute project plans, ensuring successful delivery of all employer sponsored programs.
Director of Training
To lead the development and delivery of high calibre recruitment, assessment and programming. Champion the continual evolution of training solutions to meet the needs of industry and women. This Director, Training leads the engagement and involvement of industry training leaders and nurtures these key relationships to negotiate and deliver cost-effective and diversified solutions. This Director plays a key role on the Senior Leadership Team in shaping, communicating and implementing WBF’s vision, values and strategy.
